“Dog friendly restaurant next to Piedmont Park”
Great food, great friendsGreat place to go with your dogs. The food is good, the scenery of piedmont park is great, and mans best friend can sit with you- whats better. Check ahead of time to see if they are open. They hold lots of private events so sometimes they aren't open during their normal hours. |
Great! We took our long-haired akita to the Park Tavern on Piedmont Park. AWESOME!!! The food was great, the staff loved all the doggies and gave them fresh water in doggie bowls at each table. There are many tables and most people bring their dogs. The tavern is also a brewery. The park has a no leash part and a huge leashed part. There are always concerts, festivals, and the like right there in the park. It is beautiful and we can't wait to go back!! |
Super dog friendly!Unfortunately, the city of Atlanta is very slow to allow businesses open up to pets. Park Tavern pushes the envelope in the pets' favor! This is one of the very few places in the entire city that will let you have your best friend right there at your feet! Bravo! They even take it a step further to actually bring your pup a bowl of cool, clean water! Now, that's what I call good service! Of course, I enjoy some of their fine home brewed beers & tasty food as well! posted: August 8th, 2007 |
