“Daycare and grooming and assisted swimming and educational seminars”
The customer is always wrong....We recently visited Pawsitively Pooched as a potential daycare for Kona. The initial interview went very well and the people were wonderful and friendly. The facilities seemed to be nice and we decided to enroll Kona. This morning I went to drop her off and had one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences that I have ever had. To make a long story short, I was treated incredibly rudely by both the office manager and owner (I met neither during my initial interview) over a mistake that they made in allowing me to bring Kona in to daycare today. I had only applied Revolution to Kona this morning and they require it to be done 48 hours before the first visit. Since I only made the appointment yesterday and mentioned that the Revolution had not been applied at that time, why did they take it? If I had received an apology for their mistake, everything would have been fine. Instead I was rudely told that it was my mistake, not there's and that this was obviously an indication of the type of customer I would be! Needless to say, a complaint has been filed with the BBB. Since I never had a chance to experience the actual dog care, I cannot comment. But their treatment of the human species is unacceptable. If you are looking to support an organization that respects it's customers, please look elsewhere. |
Fabulous, dedicated people with a ton of experience. Brenda and Carrie really care about each and every dog that drags their person through the door. We go for assisted swimming and grooming and we are always treated like family. |
