The place is nice , open and clean . The staff are OK... its like anyplace.. some are nice and aren't.. the vet we went to.. Horrible.. my Pepper got spayed..the day we picked her up she was soooo hyper! We asked if this was normal , they said yes and that she was happy to see us. That night one stitch came out.. we called and asked if that was OK and if we could get something that calms them down.. they said we could bring her in if we want but that it will be OK( we were going to go the next day after my moms works) and they said that she won't need sedatives.. they didn't even mention Benadryl.. The next day , another loose... around 4PM I ( my mom was at work) went to check on Pepper in the kitchen and I say red... and the stitches came off totally.. well you can guess what happened next. We took her in ASAP and it was one of those 50/50 chances , tissue came out but they told us that she DID NOT even bite at the area.. so it was the stitches.. She is fine now , they gave us sedatives and antibiotics... but I have heard many people say that stitches come out.. but never does "anything" come out... Sorry for the gross-ness I recommend not to come here.. we are getting her staples out they changing totally. Good luck! -Ali

We followed our vet there

The clinic is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. It goes without saying that my vet is amazing since I followed her from San Mateo to San Francisco.

Came back after grooming STILL WET and with a BLOODY nail :(

Ok, my dog is a husky and he has a very thick, double coat. This is no excuse though after they have him for vittually 8 hours, to come back still wet. Even worse, he had his nails cut and one of the nails was still bleeding. I didn't notice this off course, until he got into the car and I saw the blood path. Absolutely horrible! They just didn't care.
