“Pet store.”
Groomers accidentally shaved a patch of hair off!I am disgusted with the grooming salon! Just to clarify, this review is solely for the grooming salon. My four month old yorkie had his first haircut two days ago and as I was petting him, I noticed a patch of hair missing. I also noticed some redness and a little scab. I called petsmart and notified the store manager. luckily and fortunately, she scheduled a vet visit immediately. My puppy underwent a few tests and we are still waiting on results. Turns out that a trainee cut his hair! I will never go back there again. Side note, the pet hotel and banfield are great! they are very welcoming and caring. |
