Save as much as 75 percent with these deals, two of which are just for Dogster readers.

My dogs love Christmas. Spot and Dolly each get a stocking filled with treats and toys. Because I also have to shop for the humans in my life, Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals on pet products are much appreciated.

I went in search of such discounts and found these:

75 percent off sitewide at LazyBonezz.com

My dogs asked Santa for several LazyBonezz items this year, and this deep discount makes them much more affordable. The site offers a general 70 percent off discount on Cyber Monday, and Dogster readers get an extra five percent off by entering the code "DOGSTEREXTRA5" at checkout. I just may use the savings to buy this bunk bed for Spot and Dolly. It regularly costs $499.99, but only $124.99 with the discounts!

At least 50 percent off at PetSmart stores and online

Most PetSmart stores open at 7 a.m. Friday, with the first 100 customers at each location getting a free stocking stuffed with $130 worth of in-store coupons, plus treats. No matter when you arrive, enjoy at least 50 percent off on more than 3,200 items, including the Top Paw orthopedic bed shown at the top at just $39.99, with the store's free PetPerks reward card.

Feel like shopping online instead of fighting the Black Friday crowds? These same savings are available at PetSmart.com with free shipping on Thanksgiving. The online discounts start up again on Cyber Monday, when more than 1,000 online-only items go on sale for up to 60 percent off.

If you do decide to shop in-store during Black Friday weekend, consider taking advantage of grooming and doggie daycare specials as well. The store's holiday grooming packages include a sugar-cookie cologne spritz, holiday bandana, and festive collar charm, with prices starting at $18. And Pawdicure services are 50 percent off. Stays at the store's Doggie Day Camp also are 50 percent off. Why not give your pups a day of beauty and fun, instead of leaving them at home while you cross everything off your holiday shopping list?

Up to 50 percent off at Petco

They had me at "free antlers." Petco once again gives away free antlers for dogs and cats on Black Friday with any in-store purchase made using a Pals reward card. Deals include 50 percent off Petco brand:

  • Treat Bar treats
  • Cozy Coats
  • Diamond Plush beds (champagne or wine)
  • Auto seat protection

The store also takes 25 percent off Petco brand holiday toys, collars, apparel, and accessories, and it discounts nail services, called Posh Paws, by 50 percent during the Black Friday weekend.

Up to 30 percent off at LeLePets

The deals website for stylish pet-centric products offers 10 percent off on Black Friday, free shipping, and 100 percent matching LeLeBugs toward your next purchase. Each LeLeBug equals $1 in credit!

On Cyber Monday, you get 20 percent off and a free gift with purchase. Plus, on both Black Friday and Cyber Monday, LeLePets takes an additional 10 percent off for Dogster readers when you enter the code "Dogster13" at checkout. I plan to pick up this gorgeous animal wrap ring by Keja on Cyber Monday, which with the discounts and promo code comes to around $18 that day.

Also, LeLePets plans to run special promotions daily Dec. 2 through 24, so sign up for the website's email alerts. You could get more matching LeLeBugs, a buy-one-get-one offer, or even an entire order refunded as a customer appreciation gesture.

These are just a few of the many Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals available this year. For example, Wholistic Pet Organics takes 10 percent to 25 percent off orders Black Friday through Cyber Monday. Please share any deals you find in the comments below. Also, be sure to stop by your favorite mom-and-pop pet supply store this weekend, as many take part in the annual Small Business Saturday event that offers discounts and specials events to those who shop local.

Happy Thanksgiving!
