THE “HOTEL FOR DOGS CONTEST”
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

The “Hotel For Dogs Contest” (the “Contest”) is a free-to-enter Contest sponsored by Dogster.com (“Sponsor”). The Contest begins on Friday, November 2, 2007 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PST”) and ends on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who have access to the Internet during the Contest Period. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of Sponsor, Paramount Pictures Corporation, DreamWorks Pictures LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies and promotion partners (collectively, the “Contest Entities,” each, a “Contest Entity”) are not eligible for the Contest. This Contest is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You must enter this Contest via the Internet. You must be a member of Dogster.com to enter, and be in compliance with the Dogster.com Terms of Service (located at http://www.dogster.com/terms_of_service.php). Joining Dogster.com is free. Visit http://www.dogster.com/register.php for information regarding joining. After joining Dogster.com, use your computer to access the Contest section of the Dogster.com website, completely and correctly fill out the information requested on the entry form (“Entry Form”) and then follow the instructions provided to complete your entry by uploading a video of your dog performing its best trick (“Video”). The Video submitted must not be longer than 5 minutes, cannot include people, and must be in one of the following file formats: .3gp, .3gp2, .avi, .dv, .mpg, .mpg4, .mov, .mqv, .wmv, .asf. Information requested on the Entry Form consists of your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), age and e-mail address. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries are ineligible. To be eligible, all entries for the Contest must be received not later than the end of the Contest Period. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), forged, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

MATERIAL: By entering this Contest and submitting a Video (the “Material”), you represent and warrant to Sponsor and the Contest Entities that: (i) the Material is wholly original and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any third party; (ii) you have all rights necessary to submit the Material in the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules; and (iii) no party other than you has any right, title or interest in and to the Material or any part of the Material, including, without limitation, the dog or dogs featured in the Materials. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, damage or other loss arising out of or related to your participation in the Contest, including without limitation any Material submitted, any failure on your part to fully comply with these Official Rules, and any acceptance and use of any prize. Material must not contain offensive or lewd content, including, without limitation, acts of a violent or sexual nature, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Material submitted will become the property of Sponsor and/or the Contest Entities and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Contest, you grant to Sponsor and the Contest Entities a perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world the Material in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of Sponsor, the Contest Entities and their respective products and services, all without further consent from or payment to you. You agree that the Sponsor and Contest Entities have no obligation to use the Material. You hereby release and waive all claims that you may have, of any kind, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor, Contest Entities, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, damage or other loss arising out of or related to the Contest, your entry or participation in the Contest, including without limitation any Material submitted, any failure on your part to fully comply with these Official Rules, and any awarding, acceptance or use of any prize.

SELECTION OF WINNER: The winning Video will be selected by a judging process in which a qualified panel of judges (“Judges”), selected by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion, will evaluate each eligible Video based on the following judging criteria (the “Judging Criteria”): (i) 40% for originality; (ii) 30% for personality; and (iii) 30% for skill. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event of a tie, the tied Videos will be re-judged by a different panel of judges chosen by the Contest Entities, consisting of an odd-number of judges, who will break the tie using the same Judging Criteria defined above. By entering the Contest, entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Contest and that all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Winner will be notified by e-mail on/about December 31, 2007. Winner may be required to verify address and return, as directed by Sponsor, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be required to respond (as directed by the Contest Entities) to the winner notification from the Contest Entities within seventy-two (72) hours of the first attempted notification. In the event that a tentative winner fails to respond within said seventy-two (72) hour period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a tentative winner refuses to sign and return the affidavits, releases and other documentation required by Sponsor as a condition to receiving the prize, the tentative winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected (utilizing the same Judging Criteria described above).

PRIZES: One (1) winner will be selected to have their dog (which was showcased in their submitted Video) featured in a cameo appearance (the “Cameo”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100) in the upcoming DreamWorks film “Hotel For Dogs” (the “Picture”). The Cameo will be filmed on or about January 15, 2008 in Los Angeles, California; the final date and specific location subject to change and to be determined by the Picture filmmakers, in their sole and absolute discretion. The winner will also receive a cash allowance of $500 to be used for airfare to travel to the location of the shoot (ARV of $500) and a cash allowance of $200 to be used for hotel accommodation at or near the location of the shoot (ARV of $200). The total prize ARV is $800. The allowance(s) is United States currency and will be issued in the form of a check. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, insurance and/or passports, if applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to all meals, all travel expenses, gratuities, tips, taxes and incidentals shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. In the event the winner’s home is in or near Los Angeles so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight and/or hotel accommodation is unnecessary, the prize will not include the $500 airfare allowance and/or the $200 hotel allowance and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. In the event that the Cameo does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then in lieu of participating in the Cameo, the winner will receive $100, and such amount shall fully satisfy Sponsor’s prize obligation to the winner, no other or additional compensation will be awarded. In the event the winner engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Cameo or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner home with no further compensation. Details of prizes or parts thereof not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor and the Contest Entities make no promises or representations that the Cameo will end up in the final cut of the Picture; any use of the Cameo footage shall be subject to the Picture filmmakers’ sole and absolute editorial discretion and they shall be under no obligation to utilize the Cameo footage. Prize winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor and the Contest Entities. In the event that a stated prize becomes unavailable or impractical, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value, in its sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one prize per household. If prize is awarded but goes unclaimed or is forfeited by recipient, the prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

CONDITIONS:By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each entrant agrees to release Sponsor, Contest Entities, and their respective officers, directors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for Sponsor, the Contest Entities and their respective agencies to use the entrant’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness and Materials, for advertising and other commercial purposes, including on a winner’s list, without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation over the Internet, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest (or any portion of the Contest) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Contest and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor’s representatives. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state of California. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Void where prohibited by law.

DISCLAIMERS: The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, postage due or illegible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, participation in or usage of the prize or participation in the Contest; (iv) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; or (v) any typographical, printing, distribution or production errors. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from the Contest.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at http://www.dogster.com/privacy.php. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Contest Entities for the purpose of prize fulfillment.  As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from the Contest Entities as any of their members would. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than as explicitly described herein.
