As some of you already know, we have experienced repeated problems while trying to rebuild our Dogster Community pages despite repeated efforts, and we had to make the unfortunate decision to close these pages as of July 18, 2019. These pages included Pet Profiles, Photo Galleries, Forums, Answers, Groups, Local Listings, Games, Quizzes, Diary Central, Dog of the Day, and the Gift Store.
While notice was sent to our community members that these would no longer be accessible, as well as a window that allowed them to retrieve information and photos of their dogs, we still receive regular emails and requests for us to retrieve information that was previously uploaded to these areas.
Unfortunately, because these are no longer accessible, we are unable to retrieve this information for our readers. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We recognize the frustration that this may cause. With that said, Dogster is still working to provide the most up-to-date and factual information for pet parents around the world, and we look forward to your continued support, as we’re always making changes to improve your experience.
