The Frontline® "Fun Unleashed" Photo Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. HOW TO ENTER:Beginning at 9:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 1st, 2011 and ending at 5:00 p.m. PT on September 30, 2011 ("Promotion Period"), a member will receive an entry to win the Prizes set forth below for each pet photo submitted in The Frontline® "Fun Unleashed" Photo Sweepstakes. A member will receive an additional entry to win the Prizes if they choose to place the submitted photograph along with a Frontline® virtual picture frame on their Dogster and/or Catster pet page(s). Limit one (1) entry per dog with a valid Dogster.com pet page and one (1) entry per cat with a valid Catster.com pet page.
  2. ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes is open to Dogster and Catster members that are legal residents of, and currently residing within, the continental U.S., of legal age of majority in their state of residence (18 years old, except 19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS), with internet access and who have a valid e-mail address at time of entry. Employees of Merial Limited and Dogster, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win Prizes. Void in AK, outside the continental U.S. and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
  3. DRAWING/AWARDING/ODDS:Three (3) winners will be selected at random from total entries submitted to the Dogster.com and Catster.com websites. The winners will be selected at random by Sponsor on or about October 31, 2011, from all eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by email. It is the sole responsibility of an entrant to notify Dogster, Inc, at the address listed below, if his or her e-mail address or mailing address changes. Should a notification e-mail to any potential winner, after up to three (3) attempts, be returned as undeliverable or a potential winner not be in compliance with these rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all of the remaining eligible entries. The Prizes will be mailed via U.S. mail to the address submitted upon notification and request by Sponsor, following completion of winner verification process. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  4. PRIZES:Grand Prize: Apple IPAD 2, ARV: $499.00 plus a one (1) year supply of FRONTLINE® Plus, ARV: $180; Second Prize: $150.00 Amazon Gift Card plus a one (1) year supply of FRONTLINE Plus, ARV: $180; Third Prize: $50.00 Amazon Gift Card plus a one (1) year supply of FRONTLINE Plus ARV: $180; Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Other than as stated herein, no substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of Prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, and all costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of a Prize not specified in these Official Rules as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) Prize per family/household. All Prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  5. GENERAL:By participating, participants agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters; (b) to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence, and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes, and the respective directors, officers, agents and employees of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability, claims, losses and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any Prize received in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries or undeliverable email addresses for whatever reason, or for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, in each case whether arising by the way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devises, or transmission lines, or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the establishment of their Dogster and/or Catster membership account and such individual must be eligible according to these rules. "Authorized account holder" of any email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Proof of submitting entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors, malfunctions or problems of any kind, whether computer, network, printing, typographical, wireless, technical, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the Prizes, the processing of entries, or any Sweepstakes-related material. The use of automated software or computer programs to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to participate will be disqualified and his/her entry will be void. Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes, should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, and if terminated, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the Prizes offered herein. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on www.dogster.com and www.catster.com. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and void his/her entry) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. You are not a winner until your eligibility has been verified, and it is determined that you have complied with all terms of these Official Rules. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  6. PRIVACY:Personal information collected from Sweepstakes participants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, and may also be used to provide participants with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of participants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes or as otherwise permitted herein.
