Bald spot on my Pom puppy's back

My 9 week old puppy, Coco, has had a little balding spot on her back since we got her. It is right underneath the place where her tail lands after it curls up and over her back. As I've explained before, she didn't come from a normal, reputable breeder, just an elderly farming couple who let their pet Pom have a litter. I've attached the pictures up top...does this look normal for these little fuzzy pups? smile

Bald spots aren't really normal, but I wouldn't think that it's a cause for concern at this time. In a few months her adult coat will start coming in. If it doesn't fill in with puppy coat in the meantime, I bet there's a good chance that it will start coming in then. Her skin still looks healthy in the bald patch.
