I know what you mean.. but now replacements will last on average.. 10 years.. and frankly technology is going so fast... that is soon going to be more. The Indians are developing a knee joint for athletes ! The trouble with partials is you just fix one bit.. which in turn wears on the bit that WAS ok... but cant take the strain now of the steel partial. More arthritis.. and a complete replacement in a far shorter time than a full would have required. Cortisone is pointless for me too.. it does zero. SOME Insurers however insist the Dr does them before allowing the next stage.. a replacement. Its stupid.. its pointless.. but it is a no choice. They did this to me with my right hand... but 3 months later my Dr argued to hell and back with them and accused them of profiteering if they forced me to have a useless procedure so I could have a useful one... they rather shut up at that and I didnt have the cortisone we went straight to new joint in the left hand ! My spine doc is like your doc.. is actually pleased if you can discuss things ... and will actually recommend.. and take notice... rare isnt it !! Sanka... keep as active and supple as poss. Arthritis doesnt always give you choices. That said... I know the next replacement for me is my right hip.. and possibly more joints in my hands... and so it will go on. My spine cant be replaced... BUT.. technology is finally changing the materials and length of use from them. I love the look of the stem cell technology too.. though I wont live to see THAT come to fruit ! AnnieMum... you still arent allowed in unless you have business to be there anywhere near the devastation. We did see 20 truck and clean up crews on the road we skirted to take to where we needed to go.. a roundabout route.. it was stunning when you consider it was the tail end of the thing before it roped out. Insulation.. aluminium... plastic.. sheet rock... paper.. draped all over the wires and road fences and fields. Glad Annie is ok.. Lucas cant take the heat .. or anything above 40F for that matter ! Ernie...... I just smiled wider and wider at the video ! Re the red flagging.. just do a copy and past to email and send it to Watch Dog... they need to see so they can work it out too. Thanks Boys ! He is just ramping some meds having read the test results. I know it isnt going to do anything but balance some numbers of the test results. Maiyah.. its actually been a beautiful day today... Webshots did it..(that like Flickr had a longstanding respected community like Flickr too) Photobucket did it... not surprised . They are all basically cashing in(literally as much of the free isnt anymore)on the apps market and the cloud market. They dont give a damn about wha the customer REALLY wants. KEEP complaining.. it actually got some things at least changed on Pbucket... but I ditched Webshots as 1000's did.When it hits where it hurts.. they do change things. Dont give up hope just yet. I have bookmarked you at the new site ! Let me know what you think as you use it... I could be tempted ! It looks good. Trying to see if there is a daily upload limit ? Turner... really glad Darcy did well bless her. Hoping her eyes clear up now. Hope the wrap works ! Dose her with the Melatonin too . TAKE CARE in the storms. Bunny.. we had to travel across the very tail end of the debris path today...just......stunning. Oklahoma does one thing better than anywhere else in the world.. and that is tornado disaster management. If you have to live in tornado alley... this is the only state with world class doplar radar and the National Severe Storm Lab is just down the road ! They had the whole rescue/recovery/help thing up and running literally in one hour.. and that included help for animals from shelters and vets. That is rare.. and always seems to be an afterthough in other places. Bunny.. I have replacement joints in hands and right knee... if it comes to it.. go for it. However.. I do not recommend partials.. because they ALWAYS lead to full replacement.. so you go through the same process twice.. that isnt good. First see what the MRI says. Spine doc.. tweeked meds.. ok... sigh... M&K... I am so sorry about your Mum.... but hoping they can stabalise and fix it... For grandson... cycst is a possibility.... Sending HUGE hugsssssssssss and hoping you can get some rest. Tornado.. no.. not confusing.. just have to listen to the right places. Death toll 24(original on the night mix was the ME was so involved he released a wrong number.. and apologised profusely mext day.. poor sod was running on adrenalin and he and his teams were working form site to site.. sometime well in the air in pitch dark and rain). Track was 17 miles..and the debris width around it was 2.5 miles. It was an upper EF5.. sustained winds of 220mph.. and that may be revised..(possibly to well over 250mph.. the last one in Moore reached 315mph) they are still going over zillions of tests and reports... its never gospel for at least a month. Debris is in Kansas and Arkansas and Missouri.. and may well be further.. again.. till it drops out the atmosphere. there are no definates. I should hear the results of that today. Thankyou for donating.Oklahoma has a good system for relief in tornados too... better others in some respects as is has done it many times. They thankfully had help for pet owners up and running that same night..... the donation you made will go to good needs. All the relief orgs are asking for money or very specific goods... and it will go where its needed most. Poor Sarge ! Thinking it was the heat and humidity that did it with the cold water. That happens to humans too. Hope he is doing better this morning and hoping it was just that. Yes.. S&S wont be having Internet for a while yet. They are ok.. and I spoke to Jeanie last night too and she is doing ok. Both send love to all. Sounds as if Saturday will be a nice day with your friends ! Need to get a move on.. the journey today will be a long detour as our normal route would bisect the wreakage path and we wont be doing that.. Sanka......there is a wonderful fascination to be had with clouds ! Ohhhhhhh your house has HUGE potential !! It will be worth getting it cleaned up and straight before you move in. It is a super place. Will concur on the basement !!! Funny about the mason jars... I found a zillion in our storm shelter !The roof looks sound on the garage at least... Love the trees... so many here look ugly in the winter as they are all smashed and spoiled from ice storms..and the occasional tornado !DO talk about the house !!! And... take before and after pics... that is always very satisfying ! Sarah.... I hate the micro bursts.. we get those as well..all the destruction of an F3 in a square mile. In humans... Oil of Evening Primrose is excellent and often recommended for that kind of breast lump. As far as I am aware its ok for dogs too.
