I would try a limited ingredient foods like Instinct LID, zignature or holistic select grain free (not lid, but fish based, high fiber and has probiotics/enzymes that help with digestion)

I like chewy.com, they have better prices than some other places, plus free shipping on orders over $49 and 15% off first purchase. You can get fromm classic for $37 which is pretty affordable.

Keep in mind that natures domain is made by diamond which has serious quality control issues (they just had another recall recently). I would go with something like nutrisource (they have a grain free line) or victor

Another food that does not use chinese ingredidnts or vitamin pre mixes is Dr. Tims. Here's what is says on their site:

Vitamin safety is something we take very seriously, so we don’t buy less expensive bulk products. To our knowledge, Dr. Tim’s is the only pet food maker to disclose the manufacturer of the vitamins and minerals used in our diets. We use DSM’s Optimum Vitamin Nutrition pre-mix in our foods because we feel it is the purest and safest available. DSM is a well known provider of the highest quality vitamins and is based in Holland and subject to very strict European Union rules on product quality and safety. We feel you need to know the vitamins in your food come from an easily researched source.

yes, the store I work at just got some in, the packaging looks different. They also reduced the size and increased prices, so overall, not too happy.

if you're looking to stick with grain free, check into earthborn holistic, hi tek naturals or nutri source, most of them are under $45 for a large bag

I would feed my dog table scraps before feeding anything from grocery store. If you're looking for something decent quality and affordable check fromm classics, its around $37 for 33 lb bag, much better quality ingredients, no recalls.
