Raw is awesome! Daisy been almost a year and Snowflake the kitty has been 2 years or maybe more. Sadly I had to switch to 50/50 (kibble/raw) because I can not afford right now all raw things have gone from tight to tighter so it sucks but is helping us out anyways. Plus raw is so awesome even getting only half raw they still are doing great. big grin

So I have not fed kibble in a long time and when I did it was for two tiny dogs that ate not much. I have a new and my first foster dog Toby. He is 19 pounds and should be more you can feel his back bone and but bone really well. I have been feeding him by nature duck and sweet pea. 400 k/cal and been giving him a cup a day and sometimes some raw tripe as well for coat, gut and teeth. I am thinking I should feed him more he needs to gain weight. He is a terrier mix.

I dont add blood but some meats I get are pretty bloody already so they get enough from the meats and organs alone I think.
