I can suggest two different creams. Gold Bond with SHEA BUTTER...be sure to buy the one with shea butter. It doesn't sting my hands and doesnt have a feminine scent. I also have bouts with eczema and the Gold Bond SHEA BUTTER is the only cream that helps rid eczema. The other cream is called Anti-Terge. This cream has been around for years and years! My grandmother was a hairdresser and salon owner from the 40's to the early 70's, she swore by Anti-terge. SHe always claimed it protected her hands from the harsh chemicals and water. She was right, it does stay on after washing hands. I havent purchased the cream in a long time but Sally's Beauty supply used to carry it.

If not, You might want to request a blood panel just to make sure his organs are functioning properly. ALso request a urinalysis.
The Westie Foundation has a wealth of info on the diseases that are common in Westies.. click topic on right for a PDF file.

IS your westie vomiting bile at any specific time of day? Mine typically throw up bile early morning before having breakfast. If yours is early morning try giving him a substantial treat right before bedtime. I use the small Innova biscuits give one to each dog, broken in peices so they dont devour in two gulps. If this does not help, talk to your vet about administering antacid.
AS for the vomiting after eating..(assuming there is no esophogus issues) Some westies have a very sensitive tummy and dont do so well on some foods.. One of mine doesnt do well on Kibble twice a day.. morning he gets canned and evening I give him kibble with hamburger and veggies on top. What kind of foods have you given your westie??
