Choosing the Right Dog > Treeing Walker Coonhound

| Barked: Wed Aug 26, '09 9:05pm PST | | | | | Treeing Walker Coonhound's. Ask us anything! We've fostered this breed many times, and know it inside and out.
BC's of the hound world Can't disagree with that!
....They thrive on consistent and ample attention. High-strung but loving and eager to please.Treeing Walker Coonhound's very intelligent.
They are often described as a very anxious dog. Because they're very energetic & were bred for very severe physical exercise.
They are born natural hunters, so I would say they need constant mental stimulation and exercise.
Seriously though, they are a FANTASTIC companion dog, definitely one of our favorite breeds.
