I was afraid that you wouldn't because in years past we had many donors and therefore many more prizes. After taking last year off due to cancer {sorry 'bout that} and starting late this year {sorry 'bout that too} I had to keep it simple.Truth be told I like it this way :} Also, GOFA 2008 had some prize glitches .... some donors failed to follow through. So, Momma told me I couldn't have more prizes than we could cover. Anyway, on with the FUN stuff. OMD was this ever hard ! Meatball{Mea- ty}- 2002-2010 Die Cancer Die- !!!!!!!     Barked: Wed Mar 31, '10 10:32am PST  GOFA, or Go Orange For Animals, is an SPCA event where you and/or your pet are encouraged to display the color orange to bring to light the SPCA and all it does. Here at Dogster it has been turned into a photo contest. Do something with orange {bandanas, t-shirts, dye jobs .... anything you can think of- the wilder the better} , take a pic and display it with the appropriate tag {GOFA 2010}. At the contests end my family and I {and sometimes non pawticipating Dogsters} judge the photos and award prizes. In the past we have had over 300 pawticipants and many prizes. Prizes have ranged from Zealies & Dogster Plus subscriptions to hand painted portraits. I fear waited too long this year to make up my mind to run this & I'm afraid the contest will likely be small. Thats okay though ..... better odds to win ! IF there are enough entries I will post for a few donations. If not I will have Mom donate all prizes. If you're interested, get planning ! Oh and spread the word to your pals. big grin CONTEST RULES. Contest begins April 2nd & ends April 30th. Winners will be announced May 3rd. ONE entry PER DOG- not per family. {If you have a pack of 5 feel free to enter all 5 individually} Orange must be used {obviously} in some way,shape or form. Be creative !! You never know what will catch a judges eye. OFFICIAL TAG : GOFA 2010 Spread the word to pals, check out your local SPCA , thank a volunteer, Adopt instead of shop.
