I do not like my local petco either. It is dark and dirty, and on more then one time, i have found outdated food on the shelf.

I wonder just how much of this stuff is in our food, that we do not even think about.

Nutro has a large breed formula for dogs that are 6 months old to the age of two. Thus would give the dog everything they need to grow without feeding puppy food

I had a young dog that had trouble with his baby teeth. He was very calm and we were able to reach in the mouth and wiggle the baby teeth. This did help to loosen then and they feel out after a couple of days

I like the Nutro crunchy treats in apple for my dogs. Not only do they like it, but they are healthy also.

Sorry I hit post to soon. I also feed my dogs canned food mixed in with the hard food. And I have been know to mix in the left overs we did not eat with the food, and it has not hurt mine at all. You just have to make sure there is nothing in the leftovers that will hurt them.

I am not a big fan of diamond, they have had to many recalls in the last 5 years. I feed my dogs the Nutro brand products, it makes them look nice for the shows they go to, and they also like it.

Your dog should be fine to be put undetermined for that short of time to have the teeth done. But like others have said. You should do something at home to help the teeth. I both brush my digs teeth and give them greenies. The greenies help to loosen the tarter and easier to brush it away
