You might want to check out Pure Balance. It's sold at Walmart and it's actually made by by Ol' Roy, but it's far better than the rest of the Ol' Roy line. Do you have any feed stores or tractor supply stores near you? Sometimes places like that have decent selection of dog foods at lower prices than specialty pet stores might. Also, congrats on your new addition!

The OP is from the UK, some of those brands might not be available in the UK.

If I remember correctly, Dr. Tim's and Fromm are available in the UK. Another one to consider might be Farmina, but that one might be kind of expensive though.

I don't know about support groups on Dogster, but there are some good ones on Yahoo that people kept suggesting to me. Might be worth a look. They are called K9Kidneys and K9KidneyDiet. Sending hugs to Dibbles and his mom. hughughughughughughughug

Growing like a weed, huh? From the photos the plaid coat (if that's the same one) looks huge on her! I'm glad Koby isn't lonely anymore and that he likes her. Scruffy was one who needed to have another dog around, otherwise he'd be really, really mopey. Lily seems to be enjoying being the only dog right now and I'm not sure if that will ever change. lol

Awwww, glad Koby seems to be getting along with his new little sister better now. smile Hopefully you guys have gotten her potty schedule sorted out by now, or at least are close to getting it sorted out. Sometimes puppies like to make their own schedules though! laugh out loud

Try taking the puppy out more often and clean up any accidents with an enzymatic cleaner.

Therapy dogs have no housing rights. Just because it's a therapy dog does not mean it's allowed to live in "no pet housing" just because it's a therapy dog.
