Grooming > Question about Hypoallergenic breeds...

@Haunter, He's somewhat of a rescue, I didn't get him from a rescue org., he's former owner couldn't keep him any longer, and I found out about him through a friend. When we go for his checkup, I'll ask about his skin, he does have some skin allergies that he bother him during the summer months, and he takes medicine for.

Grooming > Question about Hypoallergenic breeds...

I wonder if any groomers & owners have noticed if hyoallergenic breeds tend to get smelly more quickly than those breeds that shed? I only ask this because this is the first time owning a hypoallergenic breed, a bichon, and he seems to need a bath more often, like once a month, because he can get so smelly, compared to the other dogs I've owned in the past. Is it due to the fact that he's a hypoallergenic breed?

"I wish there was a way to work out payment plans for emergencies, but too many people aren’t good on their word, and that ruins it for those good people who ARE good for their word."

No offence but this problem is easily solved, they are called collection agencies, hospitals use them. They will harp on you until you pay every cent back. I know this, because a year ago, I needed to go to the hospital, and I didn't have any health insurance, so I had one hell of a bill. I paid the debt back, but they will annoy you even if you are giving them money.

I have no problem with small dogs playing with a big dog, as long it is supervised.

Ok, from time to time we have oysters in the house, but they don't all get eaten, and we have to waste some, I was wondering would oysters (steamed, or cooked) be ok to give to Ollie, I'm sure he'll like them, but I'm not sure if they're safe for dogs??

What a cute story, I love seeing little dogs doing jobs that you usually see big dogs doing.
