Schnoodles Rule!
|
| Barked: Fri Dec 4, '09 8:39pm PST | | | | | | I checked Zeus dogster diary for an update on the test results, then ran over here. Still no results????
I know how Grace feels. I have had to watch Stormy during her recovery then Sadie Boo with her cancer and I found both very upsetting. I would refuse to eat when I knew they were hurting and got very upset when Mommy took them to the vets.
Still holding on to hope that is nothing that can't be quickly fixed and saying my puppy prayers.
Hugs to Zeus, Grace and your Mommy.

Mommy had a hard time writing in my diary about it, she keeps getting teary eyed. Me send her Angel Kisses all the time to let her know Me happy as can be here at the Bridge. Me can't wait to see the other entries.
Angel Kisses to you all.

Sophie Bean
Schnoodles Rule!
|
| Barked: Sun Sep 28, '08 6:36am PST | | | | | | Sophie Bean is starting to become aggressive when she is on her leash for walks. She used to love when the kids came over to her when we went for her walks. She would roll right over and let everybody rub her belly then smother them with kisses, now she is growling and barking at them. If I pick her up, let the kids/adults pet her, then put her down she is fine, but if I don't pick her up she is becoming more and more aggressive. I don't know why this has suddenly started happening. She has always been a social butterfly on our walks. She has not shown any aggression towards other dogs when on her leash. Making Sophie sit when somebody approaches her with a treat is not working. Only thing working is me picking her up first. | | | | |

Sadie Boo- (1994-2009)
Born to bark
|
| Barked: Sat Jun 28, '08 7:00pm PST | | | | | | I would highly suggest that you keep both dogs separate while eating and giving treats. Also watch for toy aggression. When you bring one Alpha into another’s Alpha’s territory you have to be ready for anything. It does not matter if it is a Pit Bull or not. If things get out of hand, then I would keep the separate at all times. It is not worth taking a chance on one of them getting hurt.
Walking both dogs together is a great idea and will help them to bond, and of course keep them separated when nobody is there to watch them. Hope it all works out for you and the dogs.
