	the Cottonwood pack was baced out side the parks borders so was never counted as a pack belonging to the park. so these wolves were not killed in the park. the only person allowed to hunt in the park in the USA is the president, so no hunting happend "in the park" but they were killed out side the park druning a hunt. the park was not at fault here just dumb, mean, careless hunters. http://www.fws.gov/mountain-prairie/pressrel/09-02.htm here is the NEWS RELEASE from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Mountain-Prairie Region. and the finle http://www.fws.gov/mountain-prairie/species/mammals/wolf/74FR 15123.pdf and the NPS (national Park Service) site on thw wolves http://www.nps.gov/yell/naturescience/wolves.htm

	I�m from Wyoming so wolves are a BIG part of the daily conversations here and the wolves in Yellowstone are still protected just as every animal in the park is, only if they step out of the borders can they be killed. These wolves that we have here in Wyoming are �not� the original wolves, they are timber wolves from Canada (wolves on steroids if you will) as they can weigh up to 190lbs. Our animals here are not use to this mega wolf and in order to keep them under control we must have a hunting season form them with limited permits. Trust me these wolves (timber wolves) are not endangered anymore, there is getting to be too many of the and the elk, deer, antelope and bison populations can�t handle it so regulated hunting is needed to keep the parks (Yellowstone and Teton) as well as other parts of Wyoming healthy. You see more wolf tract in the mountain now than any other animal�trust me I have seen them�.it�s almost scary

	I have the same problem. Everyone...and I mean EVERYONE I have talked to hates this breed for what the "news" and "movies" have made them out to be. The problem starts with parents telling their kids how bad the dogs are or parents abusing the dogs and the kids thinking that is how you treat them..... And that is where it needs to stop so, I have put together a plan.... I have started a club with our high school to educate these young teens how to treat dogs so that they don�t end up being aggressive and how to identify those that do abuse their dogs and what they can do to help. I had to tell the kids about a seven year old boy I met that kicked his boxer for not doing as he was told and when I told him that it was abusive to kick the dog he replied that his daddy would do the same thing. They needed to know that most men that abuse animals abuse their families too� it goes both ways

	YES the shiba is here and BOY is this dog BUFF I mean he is really built! He has to be the cuttest thing I have ever seen...and the sounds he makes....they are almost not dog like. so far he is great and I really like him. I'm taking pix of him now and they should be up soon!! Kitus: the number 1 Shiba...she checks clear... what kind of a question is that. not to be rude but it sounded rude/came across that way to me.
