Shiba Inu > Let's talk vacuums...

I agree that a Eureka is the best. We got the Eureka Capture Upright Vacuum with Pet Hair Brush at Target for $139. There are a number of reviews online at Target. Despite what some people say, we love this vacuum and it's done right by the two shibas and me for 5 months now. As soon as you turn it on you can feel how powerful the vacuum is. It also does an awsome job at picking up hair via the attachments off of our carpeted staircase. I hate cleaning the stairs, but I get a canister full of dirt and hair everytime I use it. I had previously purchased the Bissell 3260 Pet Pack Vacuum Cleaner Attachments at Kohls for use with our old Bissell, but the fit on the Eureka just fine. I think they were $20 and well worth a Google.

Thank you all! I'm spending my birthday the best way I know how - by napping!

Mom got me all clean yesterday with a celebratory bath and I look radiant! BOL!

Thanks again for all your well-wishes and rosettes!

*shiba hugs*

Juno - we're so happy that you're enjoying your gifts. HUGE apologies for not responding earlier. This seasonas been very hectic. Mom opened your package today. I am so pooped from coming home from the kennel (12 days in the slammer!) but I'm wearing my new bandana. Mom gave me and my bro some of the yummy lamb treats, too! Aren't those no stuffing toys the best? *shiba hugs for everything*

Kumiko - Oh boy! We've been watching the weather reports and you guys have been getting slammed! We're not in a hurry to get our toys, but we want you guys to be safe and warm. We hope that you had a lovely white Christmas. Mom sent out your pressies on the 19th and we've been tracking them. Today they were at the Fedex station in Portland so we think you'll be getting them very soon. We're bummed that our first package didn't turn up because it had some fun stuff in it. We do, however, hope that this new package makes up for it. And it the first package shows up, we'll be more than happy to send it back to you guys. Happy New Year to you!

Your pals,
Kuma and Ronin
