Frost this morning.... and a chill in the air... who nows... maybe Winter is here.
I have never liked town life... and never will. I would far rather watch the seasons and feel the Earth breathe.
Rocky Mum... hoping your Drs visit went ok.
All I can say is this about Rocky...... he has had the most wonderful life.... he is loved and wanted and has given unconditionally. Know this... when the time comes... each and every one of us will hold you... and him to our hearts.

and the Moon After Yule [or - Old / Quiet / Ice Moon] on the 31st Dec.
We in fact get a rare ''Blue Moon'' ... see the link for the explanation.
It will be a very special Old Years Night. It is always a special night on a lot of levels for me... probably the most emotive night of my year.

So many faiths come together at this time of year... from the ancient (pre Christian) to the the modern... Its a good thing. Pity there is so little tolerance.... ignorance is a sad thing. So much easier to see all sides and beliefs... and a darn sight more interesting and forefilling.
S&S ... go get them !!! If you need a hand.... smiles... but I dont think you do. Hoping Clark is feeling better now.
Beloved One took me down the the lake.. it was cold and windy but the boys got a run. No one about. Thats 3 out of 4 days they have been able to go... dont know when we can be that lucky again.
I am sorry to hear they couldnt get what they needed from Toffi. Hugs for them all.

Rocky Mum... if you have a Hobby Lobby near you go look there. Ours has pink foo foos in all sizes. Neither Michaels or Hobby Lobby list them online you have to go to the shop.
I think certainly for now you are doing exactly the right thing with Sarge. We are SO lucky with our vet.... he is a good old fashioned ''country vet''. He has the access to all the tech stuff... but at least at 1st likes to observe and then re assess. He wont hesitate to use the tech stuff .. but he doesnt rely on it as a 1st move.

Yep Takoda Dad... Beloved One copped out the left overs as he went to the game yesterday ... but my plate looked like Thursdays !! It always seems to taste better !
Temp was 73F on Friday... 70F yesterday .... wind chill of 38F and a gale and rain today....

Rocky Mum... did the Vet say Sarge had a seizure? Thinking you will be getting that checked out though.. cos that is the only way you will know.
The black feather tree had rich red (not bright red) and gold decorations. It loved rather smart actually.
I never had a fake tree till I came here. Here there arent alot of sensible options. Yes you can buy rooted trees... but OK is not a good temperature climate to transplant them into and many die despite love and care. We did get a good fake tree... I miss a real one.. but no point buying something to kill it .
Beloved One has gone to a Game today.
Hoping Toffi is going to get sorted out. HUGSS

They will be missed... I do so hope they dont soft peddle the blog when Lisa and Horst go.
My cards are going in the post morrow. I can only get to the PO at weekends.. and next week is too late for my ones to get to UK and Europe... so all are going off a little early this year.

I have always given a small amount of garlic and onion in all my dogs food. That spans 40 yrs... never once have I had any problems.
I have also allowed those who wanted grapes... raisins... and milk in small quanties.
I have again never had a problem.
I believe you have to take as you find.
Exactly like humans .. not all suits all.

So lovely to hear other peoples day yesterday. Family and friends and furs.. it is what makes the good stuff wonderful and the bad stuff bearable.
Takoda Dad... we used to get the 2-3.5 in the UK . They rattle the shelves a little and take the occasional tile and chimney pot. We had one recently here close in OK. I am SO pleased we dont get the ''big ones''. You have every right to be proud of Takoda... and he I KNOW feels that and does it for you as well.
Levi Mum.... as a child we had to more or less eat what was given BUT I hated sprouts and cauli... I love them now. Tastes change
S&S... so glad you had a wonderful day ! I did get as far as putting fresh clothes on... the ''pretties'' didnt make it to me... they were still were I left them to put on when I went to bed.!!!! Not moving well this morn but we are going to take the boys to the lake again ... hoping it will be quiet again. Not driving here means I have to take every chance I can when Jay can take me.
Burt... as I wrote in your diary ... it will be ok.. accidents happen. Like Rocky Mum was saying about Rocky.... we have had ''those'' times with Lucas when he had a light tum... thankfully that seems... ( crosses fingers) to have gone away.
Hoping you are doing alot better with you knee Dixie/Burt Mum...
