I am on Soloxine too and it works great. Glad you found the problem that can be treated. The most frustrating thing is when vet can't diagnosed what is wrong with your dog.

Goose is just more lean than duck but they taste almost the same so if she likes duck, she would like goose as well. snoopy

We have the 2 sets of Doggy Steps similar to the ones at Petco and they work great. I am 8-9 lbs and they are plenty sturdy. Although I am 8 years old and healthy, I am a chicken dog and need the stairs to get up and down mom's bed. laugh out loud

We have to get rabies vacc every 3 years too. Kiki has liver problems so the vet said she does not need to get the vaccine but Petco grooming won't take her for a haircut without it. shrug

As some of you may know, I have liver problems for almost 2 years now and my liver enzymes are so crazily high, my vets wonder why I am still alive. big grinthinking For example, the normal range for Alkaline Phosphatase is 5-131 and mine was as high as 4328 last August. shrug

Mom has been cooking for me the Liver Cleansing Diet and I take SamE, Milk Thistle and other vitamins for my liver. Yesterday we had my blood drawn again and we just heard from my vet, Dr. Jean Dodds, my liver is much better. Yippee!

My GGT is normal now. It was as high as 84 last year, the normal range is 1-12, and it is 12 now. applauseapplause The other numbers although still much higher than normal, they have all came down substantially. The Alkaline Phosphatate is 716 now. Dr. Dodds was so happy for me and so is Mommy. We must be doing something right. way to go
