Behavior & Training > Stuffy toy destroying and play

How cute am I?

In my house I am the worse unstuffer. I can take stuffing out of a toy or anything else that has fluff in it in record time. I have three other pugs in my house and my older brother and sister are not into toys to much, and would never take it apart. My younger brother is a lot like me. I get him started then we just take turns ripping things apart. Mum for Christmas got me a wubba they are suppose to be really hard to destroy. Well I admit it did take some work and it has taken me longer than normal......But I did it, it is pretty much done. Mum is not happy with me!!!!! When they go out to get us a toy mum and the ten year old bet on how much time it will take me and the brother to destroy what ever they have. They laugh and really aren't mad at us, but mum says we are costing her a lot of money!!!!! We don't do it to be mean or to upset anyone we are just having fun and playing the way dogs play.

I ate a mouse whole, oh and it was dead already! Our cat brings them home, in the morning mum goes out and gets rid of them before we can get to them. But this morning i got there first. mum started to chase me and yell drop it! But how could I? i got it first so the chase was on. I ran, mum ran. When she got me I was already gluping it down whole. Mum was so grossed out and so was everyone else! I don't care it was good! I'm only 5 months old and I'm pretty proud of myself! The other dogs use to eat the guinea pig poop so there I'm not the only one in the house who likes weird stuff!

Mum has had a lot of dogs mostly med size. The biggest dog was a Boxer that she just loved. She has had a basset hound, a corgi, three boston terriers and two pugs. I am one of the pugs and now she says she would love a bulldog and a doxie and a brussle griffon would be her next pick with us pugs.

Choosing the Right Dog > Is 3 dogs to much to have?

I have three dogs! Two pugs and one Boston terrier. The oldest is 7 years old and the Boston is 6 years old and the baby is 4 months old! I love it and if it wasn't for the cost of vets and "good dog food" I would have more! I also have five kids so I like big groups. They are a constant source of entertainment, love, comfort, understanding. I love them all so much. They bring out the funny side of life! Sometimes all you can do is laugh. It is busy with the baby coming, but it sure did perk up the older two!!! It is harder to go away, to find someone to watch them all, or the cost of boarding them, or traveling with them. I have a few grown kids so I can get them to watch the dogs so I'm lucky. I think that it is something that not everyone can do, or want to do. But for those that do it has a lot of rewards.

You all have said what I wanted to say, but you did it so well. All I can say is HEAR, HEAR! Dogster is a way of life for my mum now! We love the other dogs we have met and the sense of family that we have with people we have never met. We are Canadian dogs and its nice to talk to dogs from Canada but from all over. DOGSTER ROCKS! Hi everyone! My mum and I hate the pages that have just to much on. That are hard to read and the ones that wouldn't let me leave rosettes! Mine is a pretty simply page because my mum is not good at doing all the fancys stuff on her old mac. It is easy to read and I have good pictures. I like most of the music on the pages but if your on for any length of time and the same song keeps going over and over it can be pretty maddning too! I've got to say I haven't noticed fake dogs maybe us pugs have enough real ones to keep us going! Enjoy your summers!

My fawn pug is 9 weeks old and I started this week to take her out to go instead of hit and miss with the paper thing. So far so good, she seems to like being out and pretty much goes right away. We also have A black pug who's 7 years old and a boston terrier who's 6 years old so the pup has them to watch and learn what they do. With the nice weather coming I hope we will be out more and by fall she will be trained.

HI everypugger! Being a black pug my gray really shows up. It didn't start all that early but once it did boy it really took hold. I even have a few gray hairs on my paws. But mostly on my face. My mum says its really handsome, and I look wise.Um I don't knowabout that. I think that I got alot of the gray hair from having to put up with my sister Lady. She could make a saint gray.
