Thanks for posting this question Kady!! Mom has been wondering the same thing!! I am her only kid and she only wants the best care for me! I will definitely go to Grandma, since she is the only one that Mom trusts me with. I spend most of the day with her anyways, since while Mom is at work, Grandma babysits me. Mom is only 21 but she has already thought about doing a will, just because you never know what will happen!!

Well we decided we're going to get her!! Mom just fell in love with her!! Hopefully someone else doesn't decide to adopt her before us but if that happens, it is okay. We want her to go to a good home and there are lots of other pups out there that need furever homes!! So keep your paws crossed for us!!

Well, Mom had me named before she even got me!! She had been looking at puppies online and came across a site that had Great Dane puppies and one of them was named Gunner!! She loved that name and said she would name her first dog that. Well after Dad died, she decided to finally get a pup and Dad was a Gunner in the US Army so the name just coincidentally fit for me!!

I agree!! Of course, my Mom is my friend but she thinks that another dog would be great for me!! You can never have too many friends!!

That's a good idea Ellie!! We might try that, I don't know though, Grandma keeps trying to talk us out of it. She thinks I would be better on my own, but we'll see. We're not in any hurry!!

Thanks everyone for your input!! I appreciate it!! Mom will go meet the new dog first, then take me along for a second visit. I'm sure I will just love her!! I think I will get used to another dog after a while, it may even calm down my hyperness a bit, ya never know!! Now, if the dang landlord would call back already and let us know if it's okay!! BOL!!

Mom is thinking about adopting a sister for me, but she's not sure if it would be the right thing or not though. She's afraid that I would get jealous. For those who have more than one dog in the house, did they get jealous when you brought their new sibling home? She's a 1 year old beagle and cute as can be, she's pretty small for a beagle just like me. She just wants me to have a playmate, I go to Grandma's during the day right now so I can play with her dogs so if we got another dog that would eliminate Grandma having to come get me everyday. But then again, Mom is afraid that if we got another dog that my new sister and I would plot to destroy her house....BOL!! Any suggestions or advice from anyone?? It would be great!! Thanks pals!!

My mom made me a 2 layer hamburger cake on my birthday, she took a hamburger patty, then a layer of mashed potatoes, then put another hamburger on top, then another layer of mashed potatoes and wrote a 1 in cheese and then topped it off with hot dogs!! I LOVED it!!!

I used to get Waggin Train chicken jerky treats and I LOVED them but since the recall, Mom won't give me anything from China. Better safe than sorry!!

Dog Health > Stopped up anal glands?

I had impacted anal glands once and Mom knew it cause she smelled a really foul odor and I licked my butt alot. She felt my anal glands and sure enough they felt huge. She took me to the vet and he drained them and said that they were more than full!! He said sometimes they can be a reoccuring problem but I haven't had any problems since and that was a couple of months ago. So I would suggest going to your vet!!
