Dog Health > Sweaters, Coats and Booties for a Cold Cold Dog!
Zoe ♥- CGC

Born to RUN!!

Hi Tod wave I have a 2 Boxers and we live in Michigan. They are a little bigger than a Chi, but i have the same problem with Zoe. She hates cold and will shiver and shake even in the house. I dont keep a sweater on her but we do have plenty of fleece blankets for her to sleep on. When she goes outside she has a winter coat thats pink! My boyfriends family has a shih tzu and she is trimmed really short. They keep a sweater on her all the time because she only weighs 12 lbs. She has a ton of little sweaters. I would keep one whenever it gets cold, but maybe take it off at night.

Stacking is basically posing you dog in the show ring. If you ever watch a show on animal planet you will see handlers moving the dogs feet in a certain position or turning the dog around and then replacing its feet. That basically what stacking is. snoopy

Service & Therapy Dogs > Emotional Support Animals and Mobile home parks?

Lil Man- ♥- PSDIT

Did you say- BALL???

Guest she already had the before she moved into the park. She had gotten the dog when she lived upnorth with her dad, and came down stay with her mom and attend college. She brought her dog with her to the park and the park went under new management and started adding ridiculous rules. So currently her dog is back upnorth with her dad and she is down here suffering with out him. She has bad panic disorder and depression issues. Her dog is the only way she feels grounded. A fellow dogster is actually going to evaluate him for us to see if he could be a service dog. I am just glad to know that they cannot deny him. Everyday she is apart from him she falls apart even more.

Heres our dilema. My friend is trying to get her dog to be her PSD. We had her therapist wright her a letter to the mobile home manager stating that she needed the dog as an emotional support animal. The letter will be ready sometime Tuesday and then we plan on making an appointment to present him the letter. I am pretty sure that even if he cant be a service dog, she will still be able to keep him as an ESA? Or could the park still deny him? I am sort of not sure.

I guess it depends on which store i go to. I always have Kashmir by my side and on her short 4ft leash. She normally is very well behaved in the store and will listen, except at my work when she goes under the register and steals all the treats. laugh out loud
