Horizon is a small Canadian company that uses locally sourced ingredients, but their foods may be harder to find since they are not a big company. They have been around for quite awhile though, so they are not a new company either. Ginger 968251     Barked: Tue May 7, '13 10:21am PST  My dogs seem to do well on Fromm and Horizon foods. I feed mostly Horizon Legacy, Horizon Amicus, and Fromm 4 Star Nutritionals. They love the Fromm Duck and Sweet Potato. Horizon also makes a less expensive grain free food called Pulsar. My dogs do fine on that too. My dogs never really did well on ANY food made by Diamond though. It always gave them horrific gas! I stay away from ALL foods made by Diamond. A lot of dogs do well on TOTW though.
