| Barked: Tue Mar 27, '12 10:47pm PST | | | | | Thank you so much Hazel Louise...we took her to the vet for her dry skin and they had NO advice. She said maybe she'll outgrow it. She did a skin scraping for mites and checked for fleas none of either. Thanks for the advice. Wheres the cavalier forum you were talking about? She is one of the greatest dogs I have ever owned. Smart sweet and beautiful. She is also SUPER sensitive. A angry voice, picking her up to fast or even one of the other dogs bump into her she SCREAMS....any advice? | | | | |

This is just the- way we roll!!! |
| Barked: Tue Mar 27, '12 10:41pm PST | | | | | Hey guys I have 8 dogs currently life is very normal and routine here. But I am due in June to have a beautiful baby girl. I already have a 7 year old but she knows how to behave. And they all came in when she was already in the home. Bandit and Bridgette came in when she was 2 but all the rest knew her a bit older. How do I adjust routine and make sure they see the new baby as a positive instead of a negitave? | | | | |

First of all, she seems to have dry skin. She gets flakes. Second of all I was just wondering about her coat. She has the beautiful spaniel feathering on her head ears and legs. but her back is like a teddy bear fuzz. I am guessing thats puppy fur. How long until she gets her full coat in? | | | | |

Small Dogs > Peeing in the house?
♥Band- it - CGC♥
Back off!!!!- Thats MY momma! |
| Barked: Wed Jan 25, '12 10:47pm PST | | | | | I dont believe being neutered or unneutered has anything to do with it. Unless there is another dog/pet in the house they feel they need to compete with. My Bandit has been peeing in the house since we got our pug harley and he was neutered at 5 mths old. I know why he pees he feels he has to compete with my Pug harley for being the top man in the house. We tried cautching him and startling him and then putting him out tried reconditioning him. NOTHING worked. I have noticed it is more likley to happen in the more sensitive dogs as they feel they need to claim their space. The only way I have learned to live with it, is when he is inside he is wearing a belly band or what we call a "wrap." Tell them to look into belly bands you can get them at petsmart/petco and just get cheap pads or panty liners to fill them. | | | | |

| Barked: Mon Jan 23, '12 3:49pm PST | | | | | I prefer the larger sized small dogs. 15-30 lb dogs. I have toy breeds and I love them to pieces but I just love the larger ones. I LOVE big dogs I just dont have the space patience or strength to handle one. I still would LOVE a Golden someday. But for now its all the little dogs for me | | | | |

Plus Power of the Paw > Getting Spayed Today! Mommas panicking!!
Lilly- *ADOPTED*
 So enters lucky- number 7 ;) |
| Barked: Tue Aug 23, '11 10:08pm PST | | | | | She made it through the spay wonderfully and was SOOO happy to come home. But Im worried about her now. She's been overly nervous since she came home. I have not been harsh with her or even raised my voice around her and I can not touch her without her piddling. She wasnt like this before she went in. Im afraid she does trust me now Or maybe its because Im keeping her confined because she is a very hyper active puppy and she may think she's in trouble Help! I hate my baby being afraid. | | | | |
