If my snoring- bothers you wear- earplugs |
| Barked: Wed Dec 2, '09 1:16pm PST | | | | | If an airline worker ever told me to sedate my dog I would not fly them. It is incredibly dangerous and I have never ever heard of a vet who approved of doing such a thing.
I am sorry you ran into problems, but it sounds like there were many different factors involved that led to this end result.

Dogs & Travel > pet policy on flights
Newman
If my snoring- bothers you wear- earplugs |
| Barked: Fri Oct 23, '09 12:50pm PST | | | | | If there is any way to avoid flying them, that will be the easiest. If you must fly, check with your specific airline to get their pet policy for cargo. Most airlines now have climate controlled cabins for the pets and some even have climate controlled vans for on the tarmac.
Newman flew from Seattle to Frankfurt, Germany on United and did fantastic.
