Dog Health > Weakened Immune System?

So when I noticed that my mom's 7 year old toy poodle was getting warts on her back it worried me and I mentioned to her that it might be a weakened immune system. NOW my own little Leela, only 2 years old, has two tiny warts starting to sprout. One is on her neck and the other is on her shoulder blade.
Today, I read online that there are two types of dog warts. One is the kind that puppies get near their nose, mouth, or other membranes. The other, that my mom's poodle and Leela seem to have, is the kind that old dogs or dogs with weakened immune systems get.
Why would Leela have a weakened immune system at 2 years old? What could have caused it? If it is weakened, what can I do to get it back to normal and how do I know when it is fixed? Should I be giving her probiotics, antioxidants, and/or a multivitamin? And for how long?

One of my mom's toy poodles chews pieces off of his toys and swallows them. He has had to go to the vet before because they were worried about a blockage. (Thankfully it passed.) The way she solved the problem was to buy toys without small fabric parts that can be easily chewed off. (ie. ears, feet, antennae) Most of their toys were plush balls. Then came along her third dog, a medium GSD mix, and she has de-stuffed just about every one of them. The toy poodle tries to eat the stuffing when this happens. He is so determined.
Does anybody have experience with durable safe plush dog toys?

I thought about looking at her tongue when Tiller mentioned the Chow Chow but figured that I've been around her enough that I would have noticed if there were spots. Then you brought it up and I decided I might as well be certain. Surprise surprise, she does have a large purple-ish spot on her tongue.
We do live in a rural part of West Virginia but I have no idea how common sheep farming is here. I see what you mean about her coloring being similar to an Anatolian Shepherd though.

Edit: Btw, thank you for the compliments. She is a beautiful and uber sweet dog.

Anyway, she is a medium sized mix, about 55lbs. She has shown some herding tendencies. She instantly loves everyone she meets, just a love bug that adores affection and sticks closely to people. She seems like she can never have enough petting. She can be timid but I think that is because of experiences she has had before coming to live with my mom. She doesn't fetch, she'll run after the object but not bring it back, but she likes to play with other dogs. She doesn't roam, if you let her out in the front yard she'll stay there. She is very obedient and well mannered. She also doesn't like the rain and will avoid going out in it if she can but I don't know if that is a trait she is learning from her poodle roommates or from being pampered.
Anyway, those are a bunch of things about her. I don't know how many of them are relevant to her breed mix but I figured I'd mention everything I can think of.
Edit: I forgot to mention that she is not a high energy dog.
