Mandatory upright feeding

	Olie has to be feed upright possibly for life due to enlarged esophagus. Otherwise healthy and happy dog. He is 3 and this began when he came down with a Pnumonia scare about a yr ago. I'm just curious if anyone else deals with this. It seems to be rare.
