Goose was dx'd this past spring with hyperthyoidism thru routine lab testing. He is on the transdermal methimazole once a day. His follow-up labs were good, vet said another follow-up in 3 to 6 months. He has "slight" signs of renal problems (which makes me nervous). He is now being fed Royal Canine LP renal. He took to it very well. We feed him a few times a day, as someone is always home. He does have a fairly good appetite. Probably shouldnt but we do give him freeze dried chicken for treats that our daughter gives her 2 kitties. He ocaasionally regurgitates & I will add sometimes 1/2 or 1/4 ppepcid to his food.
