ACD mix puppy!! Biting! :( Help...

I'm not- distract...wait- what's that??

	Just wondering if anyone else had a big problem with biting with their puppy? For some reason, pixie thinks she must bite our hands feet and anything else she can grab... ;/ We want to play with her but not to have her biting us... any suggestions? (we do have designated chew toys for her...but if she wants to bite us she growls at us when we say "No, and snap our fingers" is this a deliberate act of defiance? )
