	We just adopted Cletus 3 days ago. So far so good (and I need a picture of him!) We have a GSP that is the exact same age and so far they get along well. the first day they played so hard they were both worn out (can you imagine?) We also have 2 cats, which get along great with Crash (GSP) since they grew up together, but Cletus on the other hand just wants to tree them! We have a nice yard and also a fairly generous dog run for them. 4 kids and they get lots of attention and exercise. Any advice on calming him down with the cats? Last night he actually was calm enough to sniff them and not bark, howl and chase them. He has been in and out of 4 homes in the past 2 years. He is not a bad dog. In fact he is really awesome! he gets along great with the family. with other dogs. He is very loud! And his energy level is sky high. And those are the reasons why he was placed up for adoption so many times. We are committed to make this relationship work! We went into this adoption knowing full well what kind of dog he is and are more then willing to do what it takes to help Cletus adjust. thanks!
