	Has anyone been to the dog park in Ellicott City?? My Shiba is only 3 months so I cant go until he is 4. I went to the dog park in Laurel but no one was there. I really want to start socializing him more with other dogs but my friends and neighbors only have older dogs that arent to interested in playing with a full of energy pup.
