There is someone on the Akita breed forum who
has a friend claiming that all Akita's are born naturally agressive. I have given the poster my
opinion of this "Theory" will you please do what you can to help prove that in the right hands Akita's are no different than other breeds and are not natural born killers of people and other animals? Thanks,

I'm not sure if the poster is looking to stir things up but he/she
says a classmate said this during a discussion. I can't help but respond because that attitude is what causes breeds like pitbulls,our Akitas and some of the other breeds Athena listed outlawed. You know as well as I do that a properly raised akita
is a wonderful dog,If you didn't think that you would have traded
Sabre on something alot easier. Instead that puppy glued himself to you and you made the commitment to him that you would raise him properly and have done an excellent job. You had no other dog experience and were afraid of dogs when wild dogs or other animals
look for prey they isolate the one thats weak,frozen in fear or sick.
If Sabre had been a natural born killer you would have been the perfect prey,not the perfect mommy person,and you don't have to
think you are he already knows.
