I have a new puppy, he is about 9 weeks old, also a shih tzu of course. On the bridge of his nose right behind the wet actual nose part he has like rough crusty things. They dont seem to be painful or anything, just there. I attempted to get them off during a bath but the wouldnt budge. It sorta seems like the people who brought him to us didnt wash his face. He has tear stains and the hair beside his eyes was really rough, until I gave him his first bath. I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with these or had any solutions.
