	Hi Pups, I did recognize my mom, Daisy. I started jumping at the door. I wanted my mom! So, that is everyone going to be for Halloween? My mom is still going to try to get me in that damn Cinderella costume!

	Mom isn't going to put a costume on me this year. She bought me a pretty bandana that I'm going to wear. Dad isn't too happy when mom does the costumes.

	OK, dawgs. Sorry I lagged but here is the story of my CGC test. The one event I had difficulty with was heeling next to dad while walking. We have our own style when we go one walks, which is that I am ahead when we begin but halfway through out 45 min-1 hr walk, I am definitely heeling next to dad. Dad said I passed that event on the first try but the mean lady said I didn't. So after that it was hard for me to walk right next to dad since I am not used to it. Well, the evaluator called someone else to evaluate us because she said I just wasn't getting it. Dad was upset because he thought I had done it once, plus that's just not how we roll. Anyway, dad told the lady that I am a Mexican dog and that I walk with sabor ("flavor")!! She laughed but didn't go for it. I eventually did what they wanted, so all was well!

	I'm sure you did fine, Dukey!! That's great you passed. I love Halloween. We are having chili and I'm going to sit on the porch and hand out candy for the kids and dog biscuits for the puppies.

	should be funny deb!! i put the candy outside with a sign "take one' and then i watch to make sure. can't deal with doorbell ringing and yappy dogs. i had a friend who would have her sister over and they would both put cold cream on their faces and curlers with the old fashioned house coats and go to the door with rolling pins and yell, what do you want? when the kids rang the doorbell.
