I am thinking about switching food again , to grain free/gluten free Does anybody feed their dog grain free/gluten free food like Instinct chicken . I know it has rosemary and turkey meat in it and these are seizure triggers.

Haven't tried gluten-free but did go grain free for a bit, never noticed a difference. Good luck though, I know with some dogs it matters and some dogs it doesn't.
