The secretary for the High Country Basset Hound Rescue (Rebecca) has entered her little girl Layla in a contest.
Layla was a breeder reject because she has spina bifida and cannot use her hind legs. Rebecca has gotten her some wheels and she runs around everywhere, not knowing that she is handicapped,
The contest is on dog.com
You click on"cutest dog competition" and under "rules" click on vote.
Next just put "Layla" in the search and a bunch of Laylas come up. Last time I checked she was on the first page with 50 votes.
I met Layla at the rescue picnic in July and I think the little sweetheart deserves something nice in her life.
