I know this is a Lafayette group, but some of you may know dog lover's in North Louisiana that would enjoy the annual K-9 Pool Party. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Ruston Park and Recreation Department will host a K-9 pool party Aug. 15 at the municipal pool. For a donation of a can of dog food, participants can share in the fun, sun and water. Times are according to a dog's weight: 9-10 a.m. for dogs 75 pounds and up; 10-11 a.m. for dogs 40-74 pounds; 11 a.m.-noon for dogs 15-39 pounces; noon-1 p.m. for dogs 14 pounds and under.
