Hi my name is Chili and my mom found me on the street when i was just 3 weeks old. At first she thought i was a border collie puppy but not anymore! Do you think I might be a Beardie or at least a beardie cross? I am 8 months old and look very similar to some of the Beardie puppies i've seen

You do look like you could be a beardie mix. The markings are different, but you've got the fluffy coat! -- How old is your puppy? What is the texture of his hair? I love his little black "saddle". He's super cute. smile

Hi , he is 10 months old, and a bundle of energy !! Coat is soft and fine but a tiny bit wavy when wet and very long. Sorry I took so long to reply back I have been away.
I love his little black saddle too and his big giant fluffy paws. I would love to know what else he is mixed with. He is very long in the body, is that a beardie trait or another breed? He also love to leap and jump very high! He jumps over his baby gate and flys off the couch rather than jump haha.

Hello-
I am new to the site and am interested in a bearded collie. Can an owner tell me if the collie's carry an odor since they have long hair? And is it okay to keep their hair short?
