Hi everyone! I'm Chloe and I was born in a puppy mill in Missouri. It was awful. I was covered in filth and crammed in a cage with other dogs, some bigger than me. We all fought for food and since I was one of the smallest, I hardly got any. By the time I was rescued, my mommy told me that I was really tiny and skinny for my age. I'm grateful for my new, loving family but I pray for those that are still at the mill...Could be my biological parents. Thankfully my time at the mill was short, but it left an impression on me that I'll never forget. Mommy calls me her "rags to riches girl". I'm happy now and love my family!
