From their website, they have a critical need for medical assistance to their adoptable pups...

The animals we rescue usually need medical attention, sometimes very urgently. You can help ART by donating towards medical expenses. Here are a few estimates of our regular medical expenses.
 - $25 - covers initial health screen and vaccinations for one animal
 - $60 - covers 12-month supply of heartwork medication
 - $65 - covers initial health, vaccinations, heartworm and internal parasite tests for one animal
 - $150 - covers initial health screen, vaccinations, heartworm & internal parasite tests, microchip
             and spay/neuter for one animal
 - $250 - covers heartworm treatment - a deadly but 100% preventable disease!
