	Hi all besides having diabetes insipidus (sp?) I now also now have cushings and was wondering if any pup knew of some healthy foods that might help? I'm not on any meds for the cushing as of now and some of the meds scare mom. My issues are thirst, peeing and I'm starving all the time. My coat is very nice and I don't have a bloated tummy (liver issues). Mom has been giving me salads before my meals every day to help me feel full. Just wondering if any pups had some helpful hints or tips. Thanks

	Oh no Louis! Oy! You are too sweet and lovable to have to go through these illnesses and meds. Mom is gonna check out a couple of her books to see if there is anything that can help. We are sending serious POP to you my pal and we know your Mom is gonna take such great care of you!

	How are you feeling, Louis? Are you still medication-free for Cushing's? How about for your diabetes? Unfortunately the primary dietary recommendations for Cushing's and diabetes are at odds. What kinds of things do you normally eat after your salads? Are you willing or able to consider non-medicinal supplements that might be helpful?

	Wish I could help with ideas but what I do know is our Mootie HAD cushings and was put on meds. Be careful and make sure your vet knows what they are doing if you go on meds. Mootie's cushings quickly turned into addisons disease and with her cancer, it wasnt a good mix.... the meds for Addisons and the cancer, I mean. Good luck and stay healthy!!!
