April 2009 Dogs sick - Coincidence or??

	Dogs sick is it coincidental or- Oregon epidemic ?? Trixy lives in Coos Bay, Jack lives in Coquille they have not been together for over a month. Each dog is over 2 had all shots and vaccinations and had not been sick at all until this sudden onset. April 20th Jack had to go to the hospital because he was getting dehydrated and has diarrhea so bad, he has been sick Since April 18th about 3 days, as of today April 22 he is still in the hospital with an IV for dehydration. On April 20th Trixy started acting lethargic, vomited a couple times and has had constant diarrhea going on day 3. She is able to lick the pepto off her lip has been drinking water and today ate some and even played but still has the horrible diarrhea. So is it just coincidental since they have not been together, do not eat the same food and have different life styles. I just thought it was kind of scary when I heard about Jack while talking to his owner about Trix. Anyone else having these "out of no where" systems? Edited by author Tue Apr 21, '09 11:42pm PST
