Well, it’s been a little over a month now since I went to Rainbow Bridge. I really like it a lot. I’ve met a lot of new friends, and even met some of my old friends too. It’s weird, when I came to Rainbow Bridge, I felt so much better! I have no more arthritis, I can breathe, and I can hear again! What I wouldn’t give to hear my mommy’s voice one more time. I watch over my mommy all the time. She still misses me a lot! She told me that she bought a little stuffed teddy bear because his face reminds her of me… she’s so silly! She even put my collar on him. I did take a look at him, and I have to say, that he is one good looking teddy bear! Not as good looking as me though… LOL! I wanted to thank each and every one of you for all the kind words and suggestions that you have given to my mom. They really helped her a lot! She still struggles every day, but I keep telling her that everything is gonna be ok. She hasn’t been on Dogster for a while, one… because she’s been having problems with her computer, and two… because she’s been making a scrapbook, of yep, you guessed it… little ole’ me! I guess she has printed out everything everyone has ever sent to her on Dogster about me, including PupPal requests, private emails, messages that my furfriends have left me in the groups, etc. You name it… she printed it! Needless to say, she ran out of ink for her printer, so she had to buy more. Ok hang on, because my mom wants to talk to you now.
Hi to all Prince’s furfriends, and all my friends!
I had to interrupt Prince for a minute, because if I let him, he would talk all night! I don’t know who talks more, me or my boy… LOL! Anyway, I want to thank all of you for what you have done for me. It was really hard for me when I had to let my baby go to Rainbow Bridge. I have never felt so heartbroken before in my life! You have all given me suggestions of what I could do to lessen the pain, and I have taken some of those suggestions and followed through with them. I had to let him go on March 14th, and every Saturday since then, I go to the SPCA, where I had his paw print put on the Paw Prayer Wall. I pray and talk to him, and then go next door to play with all the puppies, and kitties. I started making a scrapbook, which Prince has already told you about. It is so much fun to do! Yes, I did buy a bear that looks like Prince. He really does… he’s got the cutest little face! I talk to Prince every night before I go to bed, and then again when I wake up in the morning. I haven’t been able to put his food & water bowls away yet, or his bed, toys, treats, food, etc. But, I’m sure eventually I will be able to. I have been thinking a lot lately of getting another dog. Originally, I was thinking that I would get another Pomeranian, but I didn’t want Prince to think I was trying to replace him. Then on the other hand, I was thinking of getting a female Pomeranian, and naming her Princess. What do you think? Ok Prince, stop yelling at me… I will stop babbling! See, he even talks back to me while he’s at Rainbow Bridge… these kids nowadays!
