	ARF is moving up the ladder!! Every week on Wednesday, a shelter is awarded $1,000 for having the most votes for the week! And the rescue/shelter in each state with the most votes overall receives $1000! Today, out of 321 in Illinois, ARF has moved up to #103 in the rankings!!
