Well Pixie will go potty (#1) upside down. Let me explain, she'll stand on her front legs and flip her butt into the air (there needs to be something behind her) It's like shes doing a hand stand. I have no idea where she got this from!!

I would love to see a picture of that action!

I have seen and heard of shelter dogs doing that. Since a dogs instinct is not to poop in their den, so when confined to a cage they will try to press their butt as close to the front of the wire and as high as they can go, to get it to go out of the cage. I would think that any dog cconfined to a cage to long may do the same thing. Also some of the weird things dogs do are imprinted behaviors from their moms. This is usually the case of puppy mill dogs, cause their moms have been confined for years, so they become imprinted with some of her habits. blue dogway to go
