Hi, I'm new to the group and the breed. Our little Gypsy, 13 weeks old, is our first black lab and such a little honey! Are they all this eager to please?
She has been very easy to train at sit, come, fetch, lay and we are working on the shake, stay...and the potty training.
Glad to be in the group!

labradors are an amazing breed. my parents owned labrador mixes for almost my entire childhood, and they are the sweetest breed ever. i got my Sunni because i knew a lab would be a great dog, especially around children, and i was right. she is always happy, she loves my fiance's nephews, is great with the other dogs in the house, amd was easy to train on most things.
